i have very bad experience in lokmanya hospital ,salary is not given in time 2,3 month late salary please don't join anyone i request to all ,i am not gating salary of last six month daily i fallow up

i dont like hospital for any dipartment its so many politics in all department

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

... are nice training sessions. Commitment for longer association with institution. Well deserved salary, appraisal. Needs to explore for opportunities like settling new targets. Needs Tactfully balancing work and life activities.

I am on maternity leave at present. In the past they were very supportive and there work is worship. Maintain the spirit, sky is the limit.

Dislikes

There are good and bad things in every person on this earth, nobody is perfect. There are ups and downs in everybody's life. Just keep the working attitude and see that there is nothing which I dislike about this hospital.
