Very mean salary you get. IF your salary is fixed as 15000/- for example, then you can expect 11000/- in your hands every month after all deductions which probably you are told during joining. And again one or the other new rules arises all of a sudden and some of your penny is again deducted. PF contributions where company has to pay half on behalf, has to be paid by us only till probationary. Joining letter says 6month probationary but will be extended to 1year without any readon where you get no leaves at all. No good transportation facility available. Students learning facility is zero including lab.
