Nothing. A very flowery picture is painted for you when you join but it is far from the truth.

Dislikes

Management has no idea as to what they are doing. All the things have no clear processes set. They are only good at shouting and blaming everyone since they cannot manage their operations. It is a toxic culture with no real guidance. Since most of the leaders are related to each other or know each other no one will speak the truth. Notice the attrition and you will realize that people leave every 2 months. Avoid it at all costs.
