As of now , This company cant rake sales. So , cant pay salary to Front office Executive- Mere 13000 rs . So Please avoid this company. They don't pay their employees. As usual , only big companies like Act fibernet, Hcl & Vgn construction vil have 2 front office Executives. Here in lokaa as usual more work vil be done by 1 front office Executive as done by me from February- March 2021. I Mean 2 people work by 1 front- office Executive. From 2020 after Corona, construction & real - estate industry was collapsed to the core. I c Internet news & always be updated. Even I forgot this. Latest update is automobile industry is also going to collapse. So, on public interest, I am saying think thrice in joining automobile industry also. Bcz without sales, salaries to employees vil be doubtful. Even big companies like maruti Suzuki, Toyota & Honda cannot sell their car in India because of Corona pandemic.

THEY teach WELL. BUT DON'T PAY SALARY. Lokaa developer is out of funds. So, they CAN'T finish t Residential projects. It's a 500 crore Residential project. Out of funds, so CAN'T PAY SALARY.

Compensation is high comparatively to other companies in similar industries but work pressure and meeting deadlines have been tough and as as result high attrition rate and only capable people could stay

I was getting 15.2 LPA in my previous org and now i am being offered 29.5 LPA but the designation is 1 position lower than what i was in my previous org. Should i go ahead with the offer or still negotiate on designation. Protip : i was laid off in my previous org.
