Being a owner driven company, decisions will be swift. Employee growth depends upon their consistent success. Being a regional brand leaders in TS, sales people can work with pride in the market.

Sales Pressure will remains same from the day 1 to the day 30th. Lack in refreshment programs.

Feeling good because we are manufatcuring essential product i.e,refined sunflower oil,so that company is functioning during lockdown also the company is supporting to every employee by providing in time salary,taking covid-19 preventive measurments such as provding sanitiser,masks,thermal screening to each & every employee.

i think a have been working in lohiya edible oil pvt ltd from above two years here i found every year appraisal is postponoing upto december actual month is april,but they are issuing arrears & also bonus.

The work pressure is very high.Regularly I have to work 14 hrs. I have to attend Clint calls in the evening.and some times late nights.Qualifies persons not in team in place in some areas.No value on technical team.
