Old Technology, No work life balance, poor increment.Nothing is good except salary they are giving.Micro Management is the worst. Fake promise. No project no work No vision for employee and company future. no employee benefit and growth plan. give fake promises and have bad employee retention rate due to work pressure. companies managers destroying the company. Please take control before it's become too late(politics)

Working culture is nice, management is also doing somewhat ok to satisfy there employees, about policy for appraisal is quarterly, they will increase ur salary by 4% to 8% don't expect to much

Dislikes

They are not using technologies in proper way, most of the time old outdated approach is used in projects which is very hectic & time consuming, & they hardly review there employees code, means every one will write there shit and make product worst & difficult to scale

Yes they are good supporting all the employees throughout this tough times..No layoffs..instead multiple hiring and all in senior positions

Dislikes

Alternate saturday working..lack of support from implementation team to developers
