Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

Salary is very late you will get your this month salary in next month end Appraisal is very slow No salary growth In year the upgrade is 12k to 15 k if you are able to survive 1year

There is a senior Sanjay kumar he taught me many things

Dislikes

Aapko 3 hours overtime krna necessary hai to total 12 hours ki duty deni pdegi and Sunday ko bhi jana pdta hai aur standing job hai and the seniors treats you as a servant because zada tr gao ke bande hote hai manners nhi hai 1-2 ache bnde milenge bss
