Good company HR department are trying to give best policies to attaract and retain talents. You also get a good opportunity to learn and work on the latest technologies.

Dislikes

Managers and senior management seems to have lost their path. They are now following the "Amazon way" for giving promotion & hikes to people which is really an overhead and it leads to dissatisfaction among the employees. But they should also remember that LogMeIn (now GoTo) is niether Amazon nor they give Amazon comparable compensations to their employees. Manager ask to do extra work if you want promotion (a standard indian mentality). Rather it should be like: if you do good work (during office time) then promotion will be given.

Bearing in mind and with due respects to LogMeIn, Sridhar Raghavendra from Facilities ruined my career. Logmein unfortunately is not aware of his actual background, as I'm not sure if any due diligence was done! Credentials and Doctrate need to be scrutinized as well as getting own vendors to fulfill expansion projects. There are people from the Corporate and HR fields who can substantiate these claims.
