There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't adress our issues. Salary and career growth slow. No job security you can get terminate any time. No respect for employees.

Some time work load is very high and tasksbecome repetitive with time. There is no work life balance. You might feel lost in the crowd and it is hard to feel impact of your contribution to such a huge company..

Less benefits. CTC is too high however take home salary is way less. Too much deduction in salary. Too much discrimination and politics favouritism within the team. No recognition for hardwork unless you are favourite. Integrity issue and disrespect.

Than the production they encourage politics much. Asst. Manager was so worst, showing partiality for outside Karnataka people. Forcing everyone to extend and work daily by giving longhold ins accounts. No work life balance.
