Team members and coordination is super, job security is good, salary range is good as per industry standards but appraisal is not that much satisfactory, we can learn the things and management will help for that, nice environment.

Sometimes miscommunication between the teams, appraisal is not satisfactory, some times politics also going in between the team but we need to handle those things.

Don't expect anything other than salary 9 hours log policy HR will act like a CEO. Thy will not consider department heads words also 90 days notice period WFH available only in document very difficult to get

Less benefits. CTC is too high however take home salary is way less. Too much deduction in salary. Too much discrimination and politics favouritism within the team. No recognition for hardwork unless you are favourite. Integrity issue and disrespect.

Than the production they encourage politics much. Asst. Manager was so worst, showing partiality for outside Karnataka people. Forcing everyone to extend and work daily by giving longhold ins accounts. No work life balance.
