Job is secured.

Dislikes

Less benefits. CTC is too high however take home salary is way less. Too much deduction in salary. Too much discrimination and politics favouritism within the team. No recognition for hardwork unless you are favourite. Integrity issue and disrespect.

Than the production they encourage politics much. Asst. Manager was so worst, showing partiality for outside Karnataka people. Forcing everyone to extend and work daily by giving longhold ins accounts. No work life balance.

Don't expect anything other than salary 9 hours log policy HR will act like a CEO. Thy will not consider department heads words also 90 days notice period WFH available only in document very difficult to get

Management is good and friendly nature

Dislikes

Mainly in the team seniority is not good, No salary hikes and more politics in the team. People those who are close with managers they will only get highlighted for all responsibilities and other people is taking more tasks also they will not be noticed.
