Nothing as of now, till I decided to leave the company

Dislikes

- Poor work life balance - Log-in Log-out micromanagement - they deduct your salary for no reason just to satisfy their ego - Salary is never on time - Job security is nowhere, they fire like AK47 - you are required to carry laptop on your paid off and on weekends too. - You have to work in your shift time and also need to work beyond it. - Incentives are never processed on time also they deduct that.

1) No work security, if they want to you to leave the company, they will create their own reasons n ask you to resign. 2) Long working hours(10 hours) 3) if your working remotely, don't expect more from team members.
