Job security is a major concern, apart from HR, IT policies. You may not get salary if your attendance is not regularised for whatever reason. Your payment will be deducted if IT assets are damaged during or after work hours.

Likes

Company have good team in terms of talent, Often time your are pushed to do more than your comfort zone. Salary is very competitive and other advantages are also provided for archiving organisation goals, it keeps a healthy competition among the teams.

Dislikes

...vineat for ground level employees. Some time upper management do micromanagment. Work Life Balance not present Over time work are not eligible for any compensation.

- Poor work life balance - Log-in Log-out micromanagement - they deduct your salary for no reason just to satisfy their ego - Salary is never on time - Job security is nowhere, they fire like AK47 - you are required to carry laptop on your paid off and on weekends too. - You have to work in your shift time and also need to work beyond it. - Incentives are never processed on time also they deduct that.

1) Good salary 2) I had a good mentor and some peers

1) No work security, if they want to you to leave the company, they will create their own reasons n ask you to resign. 2) Long working hours(10 hours) 3) if your working remotely, don't expect more from team members.
