Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. This organization upper management has cheap and wrong thought about women. CEP and founder Purna Mishra Physical assault and harass the women employee.

Dislikes

This Organization is not safe for women because company CEO and founder (Purna Mishra) has cheap and wrong image about women. he harassed and assault my female friend whose working as a solution support. he said to my friend, "for this job you should fulfil some requirement like, wear short dresses, coming in night party with me and enjoy with me and my client, you have to drink with me, he also physically assault me in car".
