New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. 1. More and more employees of the company are paying attention to the personal lives of others rather than focusing on their own. 2. If a boy and girl work together or have a good bond and understanding in their personal life, the company's outlook is not favorable. In such a situation, the girl may suffer and her safety may be in question. I think this is something that the company needs to pay the most attention to.
