Good remote policy, diversities of projects.

Dislikes

Promotions cultures is almost non-existent. It is more efficient to go in another company to be promoted than staying in the company unfortunately. The company does not have clear goals.

Everyday a new problem to solve, a new learning. People and manager are very supportive. You will get to work on new technologies. As it is a startup you will have a lot to learn and explore.

Nothing much. Company is improving day by day.

The company is open to innovation by doing fact check process.

Dislikes

Work management and environment is too worst. Supervisor and employees behaves like immature. There is no growth in this company. Supervisor and Seniors folks behaves political games to put down good employees. Totally worst company. The work pressure is very high and there is no flexibility in work and teammates. Without reasons supervisor and her buckets fellows put down others to get sympathy and ti take good name on them in the company. They will not provide joining letter also and there is no PF in salary.
