The best thing about my one year tenure was the kind of people I worked with. At that time I went through some major physical traumas (undergone operation) and was supported by most of my colleagues. And biggest takeaway from LFT was the amount of things I learnt!

The work culture is very good. Work-Life balance is awsome. In management side some work needs to be done. Carrier growth is okay. Employees can gain more knowledge in different fields. Overall good company.

It is difficult to change the position in company. Salary growth is less for employees they are working for more that 2 years. Job training is not given to new joiners
