The company had some good staff which were supportive and encouraging. And the company gave you some kind of sense of boundary or conditions within which only one can work.

Dislikes

The company had some very spoony staffs that were very close to management and they used to listen to them only doesn't bothering if they are right or wrong. In short there were lot of politics inside the company.
