Dislikes

Incompetency in market research, as they have tried to enter a market with a totally different technology which doesn’t have any way to progress in the future. Cofounders are not very transparent in terms of communicating difficult company dynamics to the employees.

You can always look up for great learning but learn without any expectations of paycheck, u will get best team and best people to work, complete ownership and they have good leaders

Good company with great vision but unfortunately in bad hands. Revive the sales team including reporting manager headless chicks are running around without any direction. Everybody in the team if sales are bothered of their own comforts and dedicated towards their job saving rather than company growth. They are masters at blaming game if they show same skills in development of business log9 would have been reached the heights in the market of E vehicle segment. Sales manager has 2 spoons (chamchas) whom he believes blindly whatever feedback they give then why the point of company paying salary to this manager? They are burning the money of investors Complete sales team has fo be replaced with work oriented and dedicated one. Especially Ashwin has to be replaced if the company wants to sustain in this segment do not burn the money if investors. I wish my msg to reach the founders and investors and do accordingly for the better future of the conpany.

Log9 is a fast pace startup, you will face the rollercoaster, you get to experience a wider domain knowledge and will learn throughout your tenure. If you are an entrepreneur, innovative mindset, hustler, passionate individual, you will find it a great place & learn how to build the things from scratch. Sometimes you get lot of good projects at once where you can exhibit your speed and capabilities; and sometimes the projects are low in volume but you can utilise this time in optimisation and streamline of your processes. Additionally the career charge program (up skill program) will boost up your professional development opportunity.

Certainly sitting on a hot seat is a discomfort. Sometimes, decision making is a challenge which may go brutally wrong. Risk assessment is something which company needs to focus to pull up to great scale.

One of the worst company you can ever be in. Founders have no knowledge on how to run a manufacturing plant. Also adding to this, plant head thinks he knows how to run the plant even though he dosen’t know what product is being manufactured. The only team which can stay here is the HR team (people team) not so people ! If you are planning to join here, suggestion would be to open a cigarette shop at least you will get monthly income properly. Kudos to the engineering head for searching magnificent idea on YouTube. All the best guys !!
