In vivid 19 period they were paid us full salary till May but after that without any information they given us termination letter in the month of June 25 th and our lady working day was 30th June 2020 but it suppose to give before three months notice period and they closed under construction project and loft permanent closure . It's not job security😭😭😭

About company they were almost out 8outlet loft and two edge bar project close who ever join in this essal group of company for them it's nothing but for employees run to stomach feed and their family feed kick on our stomach we are around 400 to 500 employees job less now

Not supporting staff and company management like bhaji market, Didn't manages employees working days , some employee work 10 hour some 8 hour

Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
