Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

Getting the Blue collard workmen There is enough white collard staff can be easily hired and train dto suit.. But Alas getting the blue collard .. next to impossible.. so in a short period.. like agriculture manufacturing also get killed.. in India.. Like west we can not go for automatic machines, CNC machines Robots as the cost of manufacturing is prohibitively high in that case no OEM s are ready to pay.. Unfortunately India has the youngest man power in the world but no one ready to work.. So death knell for manufacturing.. in on.. may be the last nail will be driven not later than five years -10 years from now.. So unless we all joined to the "NDAs "Skill development" and enroll the trades training in every district .. we have no scope..
