No Job Security, No heirachy follow, Every months salary variable, Company cutting durring pandamic.

HR policies are Very bad, Never get salary as per CTC. HR can surprise any time in a year that your salary reduced. If you leave organization no pro rata basis CTC part can get. HR can take Final Settlement amount in many parts and may take more than 6months to settle the Amount. HR will give such a surprising statement for wages reduction and no one will take responsibility . Poor HR service in terms of salary and benefit.

The only good part is the Salary part, which is Credited at start of month.

Dislikes

No job security, worked for six years and one day management decides to give you Pink slip, without even giving prior intimation, leaves the employee in worst shock of life. Very poor higher management people, only give promotion to their good will people. Growth is hampered if you are not in liking of your Manager. Job is very tedious and tiring, and a person is always over loaded. No family life, at end of week you are tired and exhausted.

5 days working Trainings are conducted for industry, finance and luxury related.

Dislikes

Policies and processes are not flexible. Processes are very stringent to hire. Compensation is not as per industry norms and much lower. Work satisfaction is missing and processes are demotivating.

There is nothing to like working here except getting exposure with some big clients.

...lture here. Unnecessary pressuring and long hours. 11pm is normal hour for them. No salary benefits, no promotion. Worst place for anyone.

LEFT 3 MONTHS AGO. THERE IS A LOT OF LEARNING ALSO THEY HAVE ADVANCED WORKING CULTURE. PROPER TRAINING SESSION THEY HAVE ALSO THEIR RNR, YEARLY OUTINGS ARE GOOD FOR FEW TEAMS THEY HAVE WORK LIFE BALANCE.

...SURE ON SALES WHICH IS NOT PART OF YOUR PROFILE. UNNECESSARY POST SHIFT HUDDLE. THEY HAVE LUXURY SEGMENT BUT SALARY IS NOT LUXURIOUS.YOUR PERFORMANCE CAN ONLY CALCULATE ON YOUR SO CALLED LOYALTY SALES AND FAVORITISM.
