To receive salary on time and have staggered leave except Sunday, Birthday celebration of every month.

Dislikes

Working culture is not good, thing is that as assistant manager post provided to me but job responsibilities are supervise and monitoring the JCB is working as per given work and provide RMC TM to vendor totally treated as supervisor , no drinking water facilities available those who working in isolated area.

They didn't support any employee infact they stopped the incentives and the benefits that an employee should get. deferred the salaries and didn't give it back. no verbal or written communication about when will they give the deferred salaries back.

Dislikes

Work culture, Management lacks in communication, Pay, wrong commitment towards the salary package. while joining they tell you that the week offs are Monday and Tuesday, But the management doesn't let you enjoy the week off on Tuesday

Sales pressure is phenomenal. I am saying this after having worked for real estate sales for 12 years in different companies. The pressure can disorient you from your personal goals and can disconnect you from your personal life. Your work and your team members are the only things that will exist in your life. If you end up in a good team at least the human interaction part is taken care of or else even that is screwed and you'd be rendered into a zombie

5 days working Trainings are conducted for industry, finance and luxury related.

Skill development - Good

Dislikes

Policies and processes are not flexible. Processes are very stringent to hire. Compensation is not as per industry norms and much lower. Work satisfaction is missing and processes are demotivating.
