Dislikes

On site working hours are more then 12 hours, contractor are not professional, taking holiday is very difficult here. No personal life, no work life balance, pressure is tremendous here. Lack in staff , maximum people leave after one year and before that .

...al policy for Covid. They extend our leaves so that we can take them if we want. Regular salary was also given. We survive in Covid due to this. Thank you, management.

EVEN THOUGH THE SALARY PACKAGE WAS GOOD BUT DURING THE TIME OF PANDEMIC THE COMPANY INSTEAD OF SUPPORTING EMPLOYEES ASKED THEM TO RESIGN AND HAD NO CHOICE BUT TO GIVE THE RESIGNATION EVEN WITH THE BOND OF TWO YEARS OTHERWISE THEY WOULD TERMINATE.

New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?
