...afe regarding by Job Safety concern. The staff and the Managers are Supportive .Salary and Appraisal both are there. The Facilities which lodha Provides to the staff is very helpful in every individuals life. Overall I feel Lodha group is best place to work.

...each and every thing by the principal as i worked in educational group of lodha. Salary is also not proper as per the work done. Problem solving is always taken place secondly. Lots of politics.

They didn't support any employee infact they stopped the incentives and the benefits that an employee should get. deferred the salaries and didn't give it back. no verbal or written communication about when will they give the deferred salaries back.

Work culture, Management lacks in communication, Pay, wrong commitment towards the salary package. while joining they tell you that the week offs are Monday and Tuesday, But the management doesn't let you enjoy the week off on Tuesday

Covid related Salary cut by 50% right from March when no other corporate even thought about it. Targets remained same but salary became half and eventually got fired when there were no sales during lockdown months.

5 days working Trainings are conducted for industry, finance and luxury related.

Dislikes

Policies and processes are not flexible. Processes are very stringent to hire. Compensation is not as per industry norms and much lower. Work satisfaction is missing and processes are demotivating.
