Well, the only thing i like about locobuzz is that everyone is sailing in the same boat and are being tortured by the management. Hence, sometimes the survival becomes easier with your fellow colleagues.

Dislikes

The management is pretty useless. They are not fit for the leadership. The CEO is super aggressive, disrespectful, doesn't know how to talk to his own employees in front of external guests. My COO has no say in whatsoever. And even if she says anything my CEO disrespect her as well. Finally, my CTO-can't speak where he should, my CEO disrespects him also.

The culture is amazing, people are too good right from the top. I would recommend anyone who wishes to have a calm and peaceful working experience to join here. You'll feel like a family here

Dislikes

Major one is compensation, other one is lack of clarity of work and having to do the same work multiple times because of seniors not having proper idea on the project. Apart from that there's no con. Even if there's one they'll get sorted soon as the company is very considerate about employee issues.

Strong company and team values. Mentor support is excellent. Overall skill development is focused upon.

Dislikes

compensation is not up to the industry standard at times. The work pressure sometimes is very high and and can affect your personal life.

I've been with Locobuzz for almost 6 months now, and it's been a great experience. One of the things I really appreciate is the open door policy - you can walk into the CEO's cabin anytime if you want to talk about anything, which adds a personal touch and makes the workplace feel more approachable. The management is super supportive, always offering guidance when needed. The office is very relaxed but productive, we can play foosball in the office which is great. There are regular football and cricket matches and events like kite making and food stalls are happening. As for the work, there's always something new to learn, and you are constantly exposed to different challenges that help you grow.

You will get lot of exposures to the new technology as they are using the latest technology CTO is buring lots of money in getting new technology.

Dislikes

Everything is a dislike here 1. No work life balance, have to work in Saturday's and sundays. Not only that they will call you anytime even after working hours and put people on PIP if not responded. 2. Poor planning - They dont plan the project very well and at last pressurize developer by saying- "jaldi karo client chala jyega". 3. Fake promise - Sales team sell the module which is not even developed. Nor they communicate with the developers for the same. 4. No job security as they fire people here and there everywhere. With increased firing, they are now forcing people to resign by creating toxic environment. They replace experienced people with freshers for cheap labour. 5. Politics - Senior leads (except one - two) are not capable of surviving out of locobuzz and hence play dirty politics to be in place when there position is in danger by new person. 6. Very low increments - They dont give increments and if they ceo says that thousand times a day. 7. Senior people are very disrespectful towards the juniors.
