Pathetic overall. Consider this job as your Las option. Worst management and HR. No proper professional ethics and no job security. No matter how hard you work, they are not satisfied. Replica of Urban clap but the worst version of it.

No proper hierarchy. Anyone can question you. HR could also act as if team leader. No respect or appreciation. No MIS or proper quality or reports to validate your efforts. Waste of time and efforts. Their strategy is to make you work atleast for 3 months as they promise a hike after 3 months, but before that you will be terminated even before you knowing. No policy. Worst HR. Worst management.
