In local companies i don't bye time only i have achieve months target which gives bye our supervisors also i can discusse how do work or any changes in work which can be useful in finishing the project.

Not At all interested in doing a jobs in the local business, because they say, the remuneraration will be for giving a job training and that will be the annual salary and the employees will be not having any recognition about their job and they always exploit the employees.
