I didn’t have good experience at loblaw so I don’t have anything to add in likes

Dislikes

Things that I hated: 1) I had a terrible experience with my manager at loblaw as she didn’t have basic skill set that I believe every manager should be trained on ie., cultural intelligence. There were instances that my manager would pass subtle racial comments that would affect my morale and productivity. 2) loblaw doesn’t have culture to support people around. Any support from manager is out of question atleast in my case. Even when your teammates are trying to help you, they are asked by the managers to focus on their task instead of wasting time. Too much of micromanagement. (I believe when you are new, you need little support from your team and manager. That was missing in my case.)
