...is no politics among team-mates. The work environment has been positive in 2019. Salary offered was a 10% hike from my previous job but I know other colleagues who were recruited with great compensation. Birthday cakes are sponsored by management, Diwali bonuses are given.

Dislikes

Management doesn't take steps to bridge communication gaps between different teams. No real employee engagement initiatives. Lack of trust for their employees and things get tough to explain to them. Poor appraisals and there is almost no coordination amongst the team members of the technical department of engineers, testers except for one or two people. Management doesn't believe in appreciation- good work isn't lauded. No credit even where it is due, hence, low retention of talent.

The management, growth, stability, support, and learning opportunities. Loanbaba has a great work culture. They believe in training employees and see them grow as the company grows. In today's world, where hire and fire is a trend, Loanbaba is a contrast and values skills and there to back you. They have yearly increment as well. The vibrant workforce keeps you interested throughout the day and you can coordinate among your colleagues easily as well as the founders of the firm cutting the downtime and permitting faster turnaround. Their process is transparent and enough knowledge transfer activities are conducted here. You can provide your suggestions and the management is happy to hear them. I think it purely depends on the employee as well how much you can learn at a place and Loanbaba is a perfect workplace for this. There is no end to research and possibilities of stepping up to the next level. I had a great time here and was with the firm for 5.6 years. They were quite understanding in my case wherein I encountered few hurdles. The management was always there for me. Another benefit is, there are no internal politics.

Good work environment and culture. Fair annual increaments. Celebrates Festivals and special occasions in a good manner.

Dislikes

Company want quantity of work but they don't focus on quality. During pandemic of covid 19 company has fired so many employees without any reason. Company already has appointed few unprofessional employees who are the voice of company but they totally neglect these things.
