I'm Executive in Administration team. Salary will be credit after deduction some issue of work. work life balance will be less. I was joined from 2022 in same year company done layoff some employee but i was safe and same year i didn't get any appraisal becuase of company was in loss but 2023 compnay had more % profit, it was showed by CEO in the townhall meeting to everyone but employees got only 2% hike, I was worked overnight for the compnay and they are not regonised hardwork employees and i got offer from another company so i left the loadshare networks pvt ltd. and here Managers also not support and not give any promotion and appraisal for future growth, this company will take your time and efforts but they will not give good salary and promotion. Managers also not good manner and also not knowledgeable and manager they don't know the how to do the work but they are getting more salary but who are lowwer level they are doing good for the company growth but wer are getting less salary. who are joining this company pls don't join, here more politics have HR team will support to managers not to the employee.

Only positive point about the company is its salary. You can get good hike if you can negotiate effectively.

No work life balance. Managers expect you to work till 1 am at night and again start your day at 9 am in the morning. No recognition of work. HR head of the company is terrible. Have very little knowledge of how HR department should function. One of the worst organization to work for if you are in HR department.

Work culture is all about favoritism. Whether somebody works or not they will get appraisal plus promotion if you know someone from above positions. They need to change their mindset about choosing your favourite people and instead need to focus more on talents and who works hard enough for the company.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

After resignation is done officially they simply hold your salary and then never settle, even if we ask hr hershita tigga and DM bicky Saha and RM Karthikeyan they never respond our calls and mails, even if u call them also simply they ll reject our calls, froud people's these mentioned 3 guys,
