"Small Lunch Area" The lunch area at LNSEL is too small to accommodate everyone comfortably, making breaks less enjoyable. Supportive environment but lacks growth opportunities and transparent management.

Right from the general culture of the company to the method it follows. There are some employees who are absolute egomaniacs and are professional disasters. Company puts excessive work pressure on employees and impractical decisions of the management makes it even worse. Lee & Nee actually operates like a local trade company of Burrabazar with the cloak of corporate IT name.
