Work lode is 24 hours per week, if u want to go for leave it's difficult the ajust lode with faculty. They will not consider who is doing resarch. There concentration only on canteen duty and bus duty. They don't know how to treat experienced and fresh faculty. There is no summer vacation they asked to you admission last 2 months salary was paid based on admission
