Talented Professionals are not staying. All my Gold Medalist Seniors and others had quit or were sometimes advised (mislead) by higher-ranking persons to change their careers. Almost all the worthy Textile Technologists from reputed college left the job. It is unfortunate to look for someone's weakness rather than to compliment and utilize their strengths for the development of the organization.
