The company previously was good, but nowadays there many office politics they hired non-technical project manager and lead they even don't know single word of programming and very biased with there favourite employees.

1. Work Culture is pathetic 2. If you don't have any option even though don't join 3. After joining LMS your life will completely spend in the work. 4. You will have to work 10-12 hr. and Saturday and Sunday as well, 5. No comp off if you work on Saturday or Sunday. 6. No value of employee

The Company is very good for learning, has employee friendly environment. The management of the company is also very good and is easily approachable to all the employees including freshers.

Dislikes

Nothing as such, only the parking space arrangement should be there. Rest all things, management is doing their best.
