Freedom not go to office and decide work hours. Good basic salary.

Dislikes

No work life balance for surveyors. No motivation. No monetary benefits. No allowances. No compensation from the company for use of personal car for office use. Old computers. No timely reimbursement of our money spent on company work. Poor managers. Terrible top management. Too much politics. No respect for Indians. Only Chinese and white skin can grow, rest all are workers. No HR. Do not work

Few things go with one direction (as all depends on line manager) and did not provide reasonable opportunity to employee and each and every individuals. High work volume. runner and repetitive work nature and no much scope for technical and special skill. Personal who is mentoring you, if he found any minor mismatch then he will create negative mindset against each individual. very strict about timing, even time count for tea breaks.

... Career growth options can be focused to utilize the resources to full strength. Compensation is decent and needs to be looked at with industry standards and the current standard of living. Internal communication and respect for others' roles need to be improved.

Nothing to like here as such.

Dislikes

At first they will treat you best. Later they will add to much pressure on you to take care of your own work also help other employees too with their work. After sometime you will feel Mentally and physically drained. No support from Managers or management. The Managers works on nothing but they just simply add more and more work in your bucket where No personal life will survive. Only favoritism works here. The andheri branch is so toxic where No one will feel to work here. If you complaint about any thing happening to you the management will turn that whole scene onto you and will call you baised. No good systems have been provided. No employee values. No safety with women employees infact the management will say your making stories out of nowhere. Worst place to work. Female Managers are only jealous of everything and will make sure to demot you in review calls. Nonsense management.

It's a job with a purpose (securing seagoing property and people) and that is the satisfaction derived. It's was a good place to work but not in the current period. It offers a hybrid model and some amount of flexibility.

This is an engineering company offering technical services where the technical people are downplayed and tossed around. Currently it appears the business is in the hands of the HR who have no understanding on how the business operates.
