Freedom not go to office and decide work hours. Good basic salary.

Dislikes

No work life balance for surveyors. No motivation. No monetary benefits. No allowances. No compensation from the company for use of personal car for office use. Old computers. No timely reimbursement of our money spent on company work. Poor managers. Terrible top management. Too much politics. No respect for Indians. Only Chinese and white skin can grow, rest all are workers. No HR. Do not work

Few things go with one direction (as all depends on line manager) and did not provide reasonable opportunity to employee and each and every individuals. High work volume. runner and repetitive work nature and no much scope for technical and special skill. Personal who is mentoring you, if he found any minor mismatch then he will create negative mindset against each individual. very strict about timing, even time count for tea breaks.

... Career growth options can be focused to utilize the resources to full strength. Compensation is decent and needs to be looked at with industry standards and the current standard of living. Internal communication and respect for others' roles need to be improved.

It's a job with a purpose (securing seagoing property and people) and that is the satisfaction derived. It's was a good place to work but not in the current period. It offers a hybrid model and some amount of flexibility.

This is an engineering company offering technical services where the technical people are downplayed and tossed around. Currently it appears the business is in the hands of the HR who have no understanding on how the business operates.

Nothing. Lloyds is worst among my 10 years of experience. It has hire and fire policy. Manger act as bosses and fires thise who they don't like and no body can question them.
