Likes

There is nothing to like in an unprofessional company such as Lloyds. No support from Managers when needed. Perpetually short on Managers and barbers. They have brought down the benchmark and name of a legacy.

Dislikes

Highly unprofessional and INCOMPETENT HR team who work in their own comfort zone at the cost of employee's problems. They work against the employee not for the employee.

Likes

In an total of 8+ years of work experience I haven't seen such an unprofessional organization they are not at all employee friendly.There are no set SOPS either for increment , wok cultutre, incentives in short a worst company to work for.

Dislikes

There is lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues. In short any one who wants to spoil their career can join this organization.
