LLOYD INSULATIONS INDIA LTD is one of the largest organization in industrial thermal and acoustic insulation contracting company. Mostly major project executed in India in the industrial and commercial sector for more than 60 years. Being a part of the team is really satisfied me. Colleague comes across various background and we work happily. As I work under eastern region main branch Kolkata office which covers main eastern part of India which help me a lot.

...reciation from management although putting best effort for clients satisfaction. Looking the job salary provides less.

Poor salary in Kolkata region as compared to other regions. Office place has been shifted from very proper place to remote place wherein conveyance is a big issue.

There is no rocket science about the work. You can learn quickly. One more thing, from this job you will learn to adapt to any circumstances easily

Everything is bad about the organization. Salary- Worst as compared to the current industry standards. They will promise you something but at the end will provide you much less than that. Outdated Salary structure Culture- dirty politics, corruption, malpractice, offensive languages. No scope for growth or learning. Apart from this Salary slips are not provided in this organization, salaries are released late and any discrepancies in the Salary will be entertained after lot of delays and interventions. Disbursement of your Salary may be put on hold because of delays in project deliverables I.e if you are not able to deliver the monthly billing target set by the office before the month ends, your Salary will be put on hold. No holidays, the management never approves any holidays no matter how urgent it is. If you take leave, the leaves will not be approved and Salary will be deducted and you may get a show cause notice. Until you provide satisfactory answer to the show cause notice your Salary will be put on hold. You have to work for extended hours and on Sundays the whole year. Yes you will be paid for extended hours and Sundays( not on hourly basis but a fixed amount) which is as low as the cost of one cup tea from a tea stall. There is no value for engineers. The degrees are only for clients but anyone can become a project engineer. There are times you may also need to work as daily wage labour (like unloading/loading of scaffolding pipes, insulation boxes etc. There are also issues of local disturbance in project sites for which the organization management never listens to instead you will be left on your own to deal with it and if there is any delay resulting from this will call for show cause notice and monthly Salary being kept on hold. The subcontractors are given preference over the organization employees and in case of any disputes between the same, the employees are the sufferers. The employees have to work on the whimp of the subcontractors.

Required more more Market Demand v.good service pre and after must . Director is v.v.good but chaploos staff is not good only critisize so this plant in 15 years top to low stage .no any orders and no any satisfectory service provide by our staff member . top management misguide .required best profesnals and agency. quality and survice is must for us .

Poor Qualification only 11 pass person earned in pithampur plant 80000/- and best worker and staff poor salary poor qualification person give job by N.kumar totaly requirment U.P,Bihar unskild person for own interest .

Office location near Govindpuri metro station.

... Chairman office. Furniture belongs to 60s era and foul smell of rats was there. Salary was also delayed. If you have no job then join but leave asap.
