I join this company In this Pandamic but i worked only two months after that they give work from home option & i missed office culture here . But my teammates are very supportive and they give very good training. I learn the process very effictively and the management is transparent. there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.

HRSS manager is knowledgeable, helpful and treats everyone equally. He always tries to bring innovative among the members

MID shoft HRSS team lead believes he knows everything and rest of us in the team dont know anything. He doesnt allow us to grow by showing right path instead he always tries to dominate, micro manages our movement and gets angry soon. Additionally, he is short tempered and no temployee friendly. He does not participate in any activities, yet he judges whether we do. He refuses to acknowledge his mistakes. Advice to management - Our team leader exhibits only dominance and anger. We urge management to address this issue by encouraging him to embrace an employee friendly aproach, appreciating our feedback and introduce new roles within team instead of judging and dominating. He should strive to serve as a role model for the team in every aspect like NA,TL extending beyond work responsibilities.

So called best in class qa methodology, non humanly achievable targets, birthday bashes which takes our weekends. Coffee connect or 🎤 unmuted wasting 2 hours for nothing. And so on
