good company but undervalued company crossed 48 years + in broking industry but very few people know about them .

...lary at month end and the reason for that company say not performing well.. and one more i given 5x-8x my continuous contribution but still they not considered me for salary hike on request so i left .

The company is open to innovation & readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products & has a global client base.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow.

8 years of proudly association with Lkp speaks more then my words. It's a pleasure to work with Lkp. I am so proud to be led forward by an amazing boss and it is a privilege to work under his leadership. Great work culture and compassionate Boss i have ever seen.

Working in LKP is like getting challenged everyday. The thrill and freedom to complete task makes it the best organisation so far in my life. The kind of strategic role I play in terms of decision making,product planning,marketing strategies makes it very interesting and involving. The culture of ownership and accountability provides perfect ground of making it excellent organisation
