LivSpace should be supporting the work from anywhere culture more, as this is the future. Secondly they should be quicker in their workflow and employee support management.

Working culture poor. Timing poor Job security poor Politics PPC failed department Unnecessary motivation which will demotivated you No HR involvements . Vendor based job ( all time request mode) Tele caller job profile whatever position you have doesn't matter. And many more things are there to dislike.. Even before my joining someone suggested m all because of my known joined there and took bad name on my 15 years experience.. Won't suggest anyone to join. Personal feedback rest upto you

... disagree to dance on their tunes they will drag the HR to take actions against. Be careful before joining such a toxic culture or else you might get good salary but it’s fully rotten and not worth the money.
