There were no aspects whatsoever to be liked about in this organisation. Right from the start, there was no transparency. This is again my personal experience and opinion during my time at the company.

... some of things which people commonly faced and some are my personal experience! 1) The salary structure discussed wasn't the salary which we got in the offer. CTC is different. 2) Variable pay is included 20 percentage of your CTC which was also not communicated. 3) This Variable component you can't even expect. Each month they say random reason's and deny your variable! Atleast for me this happened. 4) Poor work culture, you are treated as labours. Average travel per day is around 60 to 80kms. The petrol allowance is also reimbursement soo late and is a fixed amount which is not sufficient. 5) Managers are the worst, no support whatsoever, you are left to deal with issues. Your mental peace is literally gone. Clients treat you really bad due to false commitments from sales team. 6) I personally was abused by managers due to my inability to not speak Hindi fluently which is not a mandate. I was mocked in front of people and told I'll resign in months in my first day. 7) As a person, I was mentally low, Treated badly, not compensated for the works I did and also worked even on Sundays as you don't have a choice.

Great culture. Learned a lot. Good support from management. Overall very good experience of working here.

Only had to leave due to much much much less salary. Absolutely no value of designers. Lots of internal conflicts between operations and design team. No support from DA, 3D team to designers. Have to beg everyone. If you are part of same company why don't you support each other and grow? Atleast show you are one team in front of clients. Also we have to compulsorily work on all listed holidays.

...ll experience how there management works. I was working as an interior designer. Ist lie is the salary structure there will be 2 things fixed and variable Hr lr hiring manager will lie to you that you will get full salary which is mentioned here but there also a game involved in that in my case my package was 5 lpa in which 4 is fixed and 1 is variable they will deduct 3600 straight away for p.f. then 29,000 in hand if I complete my sales target which is never told in interview or first interaction then only I will get variable 7000 rs. At the end of every month you must complete your target or else you will be humiliated by your team and management I have never seen such a toxic work culture in my life. Apart from booking and client meeting if you are doing a project as an interior designer you are the main person to handle everything which makes this job next to impossible to work. You go in the morning yoir day start with site visit pre 10 client meeting other team meeting . And will not get time for the other works like preparing drawing, presentation, other docs for which your manger will alway be on your head . There are seperate manager sales and design both will annoy you one by one. You will be forced to work late night after going home you will not have any personal life after joining here. So please it's my request don't get into this toxic company. This review is not only for one profile for Every department I felt the same thing . Even more worse than my case

... only weekoff and no Work from home (This effects our personal lifes so much) 2. Base Salary for new joiners is getting less and less. ( Dont get fooled by HR tactics by seeing 4CTC 3.6CTC, Per booking incentive extra., Etc Etc!!! Just lookout that the base pay will be only around 20k to 22k at max. 26k at this point of time. But they include "VARIABLE" into the CTC which will only come if you acheive your target!!!) So do not see variable into your salary! you base pay is the only fixed salary. Variable is incentive that you can earn you acheive the target for that month. 3. TARGETS: Livspace is more kind of a Sales company more than a Design company!!! Every month you need to run to acheive targets of Sales and Purchase orders. And the structure is designed in such a way that you unknowingly will be working more and more, even after the office hours and even on holidays because you need to acheive targets. HRs dont exactly know whats the system is exactly. 4. Management: They are good as persons, they are really sweet but since they also have their targets to reache and their higher management is so strict they will pressurise us, and since we will be having two managers for design and sales seperately, that will kind of mess up our situation. 5. HOLIDAYS: I as a Designer worked on many Public Holidays! even they make us work on the official holiday MONDAY if it comes on month End and give us a Comp Off. But yeah these all are not supposed to happen and makes us feel bad. 6.The Process: The process and the job role of the ID is the most hectic in the Livspace. You have to manage, design, work and do everything. sometimes it just feels hectic. 7. Calls: Calls calls calls, after joining here i am now scared of getting calls, like really yes, because we will get many and many calls daily and need to do many calls here, you will be frustated to speak calls. 8. After all this as well i will suggest a fresher to join this company and stay till their probation of 3months to learn little positives and know how hard the life is and how persnal and professional life should be balanced! and rest take a decision there after! But atleast ask for more salary man! this company is taking the Benchmark low and low in terms of salaries!!!! JOIN FOR A RESPECTIBLE SALARY!
