There were no aspects whatsoever to be liked about in this organisation. Right from the start, there was no transparency. This is again my personal experience and opinion during my time at the company.

... some of things which people commonly faced and some are my personal experience! 1) The salary structure discussed wasn't the salary which we got in the offer. CTC is different. 2) Variable pay is included 20 percentage of your CTC which was also not communicated. 3) This Variable component you can't even expect. Each month they say random reason's and deny your variable! Atleast for me this happened. 4) Poor work culture, you are treated as labours. Average travel per day is around 60 to 80kms. The petrol allowance is also reimbursement soo late and is a fixed amount which is not sufficient. 5) Managers are the worst, no support whatsoever, you are left to deal with issues. Your mental peace is literally gone. Clients treat you really bad due to false commitments from sales team. 6) I personally was abused by managers due to my inability to not speak Hindi fluently which is not a mandate. I was mocked in front of people and told I'll resign in months in my first day. 7) As a person, I was mentally low, Treated badly, not compensated for the works I did and also worked even on Sundays as you don't have a choice.

The openness of the leadership. You are always heard. Great peers to work with. Open work culture. On certain roles or with certain leaders there is lot to learn

Huge salary gaps on same designations, even for the deserving folks. Someone doing way less than you and being old in the system you might be doing a lot but won't be monetarily rewarded.

Good salary, better than most others in the sector. If you are a good designer, the company will treat you like gold. Ok culture, everyone has fun in the office. It's a design-centric and female-majority company which gives it a fresh and different vibe, but the same also has it's own challenges. You need to be there to know that, will need pages to describe. Heavy politics, whether it's due to what I said before or not, can't confirm, but it seems to be a factor. You have to get highlighted with the upper management aggressively, to do well here.

Dislikes

Well, they laid me off out of the blue, so that's certainly something to hate. Haphazard changes every 2nd month in processes. It looks as if they can't give time for anything substantial, for people to absorb and implement processes to get the benefit. They'll change processes, people, and complete teams before anyone knows.

Work in comfortable zone. Good to get knowledge in all department. Learning lots of new softwares and system. If good work you do then you have to get good opportunity for growth in position as well as in increment.

Dislikes

Salary structure after covid is still going now even after 3rd year started. It's hampering on your salary structure. If company provides 100% salary as employee discussed on there's interviewed it will good for work with this firm. Senior level people's are doing politics. New Senior are judging badly on you if 1-2 project of your gets escalated without knowing your past work and what you did your best in past before new senior coming. If you work with Livspace for 1yr Or more than 5 yrs no matter for senior person. They will not giving you any chance or they not giving you any confidence for next project.
