As a result, my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration, I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is performance based. The work pressure is very high sometimes, session time, I have to attende calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals unique strengths, I do receive appreciation emails from my client but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals, which is a pain sometimes.

In company,everyone can enjoy there job as well life. Seniors are so supportive. Chairman sir very careful about employees. They took town hall every month with every employee icluding ground engineers.

Challenging work environment, new learning.

Dislikes

...ay on National holidays. Good policy for other departments like sales, and HO. Very Limited appraisal 5-7 %, New Employee gets good salary, company doesn't looks after old and experienced employees who are jewels and working fantastically. That's why Old employees are Leaving. Policies on senior levels, HR Heads plays good politics.

You get a lot to learn & earn if you are pet of your superior. Because they never act on employee complaints instead they pet such people.

... you are not eligible for any promotion or hike until you drop your resignation. One month before your manger denies you any promotion during appraisal discussion but next month offers you double salary & double promotion during resignation discussion. It is not a place to work for long just get your hike & move further in 1 or 2 years.
