Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

They know how to use there man power n make them suffer whole life , if u don't achieve ur Target they ll deduct salary n throw PPL out without any prior intimation

Top level management is good and they have right intention to develop the people and new vertical but lack of self judgement due to toxic feedback back from middle level management (Vp)
