Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

The company is open to innovation & readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that i am a part of team that markets reliable, high quality products & has a state client base. As a result, I get to travel pan India,especially South India.

National level exposure. Excellent presentation of Journalist's stories in the publication.

Dislikes

Impersonal management style. Least bothered about employees personal, Professional growth. Stingy with the connection to employees financial emergencies
