Don't like this company. Everyone at safer side. You can't trust anyone in this organization. No support from your reporting manager.

The livguard product is automotive battery, growing organization like exide amron,travel polocy is good and salary is good

Team work is good,and all India spreading business and this is the repotated company in automotive industry like exide,amron

...tive and colleagues are willing to go the extra mile to achieve desired results. Salary and appraisal process are transparent and communication happens both ways. Team support culture is evident in most of the situations. Company MD, CEO has clear vision about the future and encourages team members to give input.

At time smaller projects gets shadowed and team members feels alienated.

Company salary structure is good ,On the other hand sales team and higher management is favorable and energetic. So join only sales.

I don't recommend to be join service department, they are just pathetic experience and always do negative and abuse you .

Overall Good... Depending on reporting manager, if he/she is good with you then no need to worry about work or salary and promotion.

Dislikes

If your relationship is not good with your reporting Manager then no one listen your word. One of the most disadvantage of organisation not livguard overall every where I observe.
