I worked in Livesalesman for more than 2 years. It is an excellent company. My teammates are very cool, and the salary I got was more than my last company. There is staff from many countries working here, so good global exposure.

Nothing. Just their extremely huge pressure and harsh attitude that learnt me very fast multilingual typing, drafting and e commerce customer handling.

... reviews are forcefully taken from the working employees. Very very bad compony. No job security, no salary stability. They can make you cry if you are fresher and not reaching their unbeatable goal. Actually they have no goal. I used to do around hundred mail drafting and hundreds of chat daily but they didn't appreciate it but wanted more. If you are a freshers join it, take experience and move to the better one but if you have another choice leave this one.

The only thing that is likable about the company is the people working in it, they are the only one who support each other and try to help each other out. Noting is done by the owners at all.

The list is long: 1. No whatsoever reecognisation of any good work that you do. But 1 miss and the owner's wife will be at your throat. I have observed this quite a lot with others that even though they try to explain what is going on or the challenge, the owner's wife do not care at all, all she wants to do is blame is and wants you to say sorry. If you say sorry, everything is good for her. 2. People are not helped in difficult times, people who are working in the office for 2 years with loyalty cannot expect any help in any matter from the owners. 3. They will only help you, listen to you if they need something from you. 4. They asked the HR person to work like a guard in a new under construction building. 5. They do not recognize injury or have no ethics to any labour law. 6. They are loosing business as they do not want to make the changes in the system and give authority to the people who are better experienced then them. 7. No learning or upskilling environment, if you want to learn something do it on your own time but make sure to apply it for the owners in the organization.
