No compensation and the pay scale is terrible at best. If you don't care about that money you'll be making and instead just want an experience in your work area then you can join but once gaining a good amount of experience, leave.

The head of the office is good like maneging dairector is good and very down to earth. the atmost fare tha work aria is very cool. i am happy to the part of livelihood system.

overall the work palse is good. but my senior is very rood. he have no idea how to handle the juniers and his nam is dinesh verma i never see the 3rd class man in my life. other wise the company is good the atmostphere of work place is also gud my culigs are febulus thak you

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
